Pumpkin Hummus
As Fall comes around the corner, we see more things pumpkin. Now you can enjoy your hummus with, you guessed it, pumpkin!
Ingredients
- 1 cup chickpeas
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 2 chipotle peppers
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/2 cup olive oil
Instructions

Place the chickpeas, pumpkin puree, chipotle peppers, tahini, apple cider vinegar, cinnamon, paprika, and salt in a food processor.

As you blend the ingredients together, slowly drizzle in the olive oil to make an even emulsion.
