Honey Mustard Chicken Tater Tot Nachos

Ingredients
- 2 lbs frozen tater tots
- 4 boneless chicken thighs
- 1 tbsp whole grain mustard
- 1 tspn salt
- 1 tspn pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 red onion sliced
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar
- 1/2 cup mozzarella
Sauce
- 1 tbsp whole grain mustard
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp honey
Instructions

Evenly spread the frozen tater tots on a baking tray and bake for 20 minutes at 450 degrees Fahrenheit.

In a mixing bowl combine the chicken thighs, mustard, salt, pepper, and olive oil.

Grease and heat a skillet at 350 degrees Fahrenheit and cook chicken on both sides till cooked through. Remove from heat.

Cook the onion until tender and remove from heat.

Dice the chicken thighs into cubes. Add the baked tater tots into the skillet, top with the cubed chicken
Sauce

In a separate mixing bowl, combine all the sauce ingredients and mix well.
Finish

Pour the sauce over the chicken and tater tots and top with the cheddar and mozzarella cheese. Broil for 5-10 minutes. Serve.
