A vodka cocktail with an Italian flare.
Prep Time 5 minutes
- 1 oz Oryza Vodka
- 1 oz apricot puree
- 1/2 oz Aperol
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
- sparkling white wine
- Peychaud's bitters
In a shaker, combine all the ingredients and shake well.
Fill a cocktail glass to the top with crushed ice.
Strain cocktail into glass on top the ice and garnish with a lemon slice.
