Agua de Horchata - It's Worth it To Make It at Home!
This creamy and rich homemade horchata recipe is surprisingly easy to make at home.
Total Time 5 minutes
- 3 cups milk whole
- 2 cups long grain white rice leftover cooked
- 2 tbsp sugar granulated
- 2 tbsp sugar light brown
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon ground
- pinch of salt
Combine all ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth and frothy. Pour through a fine wire-mesh strainer into a pitcher; discard solids. Serve over ice, and sprinkle with more cinnamon.
