Fruit 'N' Yogurt Parfait Family Meal-Prep
An easy and healthy way to prep a light meal, desert or snack.
- 3 cups Rolled Oats
- 1/3 cup Vegetable Oil
- 1/2 cup Honey
- 1 tspn Cinnamon
- 1 tspn Vanilla Extract
- 5 cups Yogurt
- Strawberries Sliced
- Kiwi Sliced
In a mixing bowl, use a spatula to mix together the rolled oats, vegetable oil, honey, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt evenly.
Spread evenly on a baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 40 to 45 minutes.
In five individual meal prep jars, place a layer of yogurt on the bottom of each jar. Then layer one or two fruits, the granola and another layer of yogurt to make five individual parfaits for the entire family (or just for you)!
