Tequila Caramel Popcorn
Dinner party level up.
Ingredients
- 16 cups of popped popcorn
- 1 cup salted roasted peanuts
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 stick butter
- 2 tablespoon corn syrup
- 3 tablespoon agave nectar
- 1/2 tablespoon salt
- 1 1/2 tablespoon tequila
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
Instructions

Preheat oven to 250 degrees.

Mix brown sugar, agave, butter, corn syrup, and salt together in a pan.

Bring to boil and let bubble for 4 minutes.

Pour in the tequila and baking soda, stirring while things bubble up and settle.

Drizzle the entire mixture over a large bowl of peanut and popcorn.

Toss to evenly combine.

Spread glazed popcorn on a baking sheet and bake for 1 hour.

Let cool and serve.
