Vegan PB&J Ice Cream
Peanut butter and jelly flavors pop in this banana based frozen treat.
- 6 large very ripe bananas
- 6 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup grape jelly
Slice bananas and freeze them for 2-3 hours.
In a blender, add frozen bananas and puree until smooth. Next add peanut butter and jelly, pulsing until it comes together.
Scrape into a freezer-safe bowl and freeze for another hour.
Scoop, serve, and enjoy! 😀
