Ingredients
  1. 1/2 Cup of Coconut Milk Ice Cubes
  2. 2 Frozen Bananas
  3. 1/2 Cup Coconut Meat
  4. 1 Cup Canned Coconut Milk
  5. 1 Teaspoon of Honey
  6. 2 Tablespoons of Unsweetened Shredded Coconut
  7. 2 Tablespoons of Hemp Seeds
  8. Raspberries
  9. Strawberries
  10. Mangos
  11. Pineapples
  12. Kiwis
  13. Blueberries
  14. Blackberries
  15. Sprinkle of Fresh Mint
Instructions
  1. Place items (in order) into blender
  2. Blend on high until receiving a smooth texture
  3. Pour mixture into bowl
  4. Arrange fruits (in order) in an arc shape, starting with raspberries and ending with blackberries
  5. When done correctly, the top of the Smoothie Bowl will have the appearance of a rainbow
  6. Top with a dash of fresh mint
Notes
  1. Omit any fruits you don't like
  2. You can always change the base ingredient from coconut to whatever flavor you enjoy
