Chicken Parm Strips
Give those plain old chicken strips a bit of cheesy flair.
- 2 Chicken Breasts
- 1/2 cup Bread Crumbs
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
- 1 tspn Salt
- 1/2 tspn Ground Black Pepper
- 2 Eggs
- 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella
Cut chicken breasts into strips.
In a mixing bowl, combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, salt, and ground black pepper and mix well.
In a separate bowl, make the egg wash by cracking two eggs and whisk.
Dip each chicken strip in the egg wash and then coat with bread crumb mix. Repeat so each chicken strip has two coats of the egg wash and bread crumbs. Line on a baking sheet and bake 20 minutes at 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
Top the baked chicken strips with shredded mozzarella cheese and bake again at 325 degrees Fahrenheit for 5 minutes. Serve and enjoy.
