Baked Chicken Fries
A delicious, healthier alternative to fried chicken fingers.

Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 5 eggs
- 2 cups bread crumbs
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tspn salt
- 1/2 tspn garlic powder
- 1/2 tspn onion powder
- 1/2 tspn paprika
- 1/2 tspn dried basil
- 1/2 tspn dried oregano
- 1/2 tspn pepper
Instructions

Slice the chicken breasts into thin strips.

Create a breading station with the eggs, bread crumbs and flour.

Add salt, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, basil, oregano, and pepper to the bread crumbs and mix well.

Dip the chicken strips in the flour, then the egg wash, and finally the bread cumb mixture. Make sure to coat well and evenly.

Place the chicken strips on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes at 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
