Cinnamon Roll Swirl Cake is Perfect on your Coffee Break

Cinnamon Roll Swirl Cake

This sweet dessert will make you an office break time hero.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups flour all-purpose
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 tsp baking powder
  • 1 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup butter melted

For the topping

  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp flour all-purpose
  • 2 tbsp cinnamon

For the glaze

  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 5 tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients together except for the butter. Once mixed, slowly pour in the butter. Pour into a greased 9x13 pan.

  2. For the topping, mix all the ingredients together until well combined. Drop evenly over the batter and swirl with a knife.

  3. Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes.

  4. While the cake is warm ~ drizzle the glaze over the cake.
