Cinnamon Roll Swirl Cake

This sweet dessert will make you an office break time hero.

  • 3 cups flour all-purpose
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 tsp baking powder
  • 1 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup butter melted

For the topping

  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp flour all-purpose
  • 2 tbsp cinnamon

For the glaze

  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 5 tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla


  1. In a big bowl, mix all of the ingredients together aside from the butter. Once it's all good and mixed, slowly pour in the butter. Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13 pan.

  2. Let's make that topping. Mix all the ingredients together until well combined. Drop evenly over the batter and give a swirl with a knife.

  3. Bake the whole thing at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. While that's going, mix the glaze ingredients together in a separate bowl until combined.

  4. When the cake is ready (and preferably while it's still warm), drizzle the glaze over the top.
