Creamy Coconut Hot Cocoa

Coconut Hot Chocolate

Set it in a crockpot and forget it, then come home to a creamy cocoa surprise.

Ingredients

  • coconut milk 52 oz.
  • sweetened condensed milk 28 oz.
  • dark chocolate chips 8 oz.
  • 1/2 cup toasted coconut flakes
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 2 teaspoons coconut extract
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Pour all the ingredients into a crockpot.
  2. Stir well to combine.
  3. Cook on low for 2 hours.
  4. Chop the toasted coconut. Dip the rim of the mug into melted chocolate and top with flakes.
  5. Ladle hot cocoa into mugs.
  6. Serve and enjoy! 😀
