Pesto Fried Chicken
Fried chicken has never been easier.
Ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup pesto
- vegetable oil
- salt and pepper
Instructions

Heat vegetable oil in a large saucepan over medium heat.

Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper.

Coat both sides in pesto then dip fully in the breadcrumbs.

Fry for 4-5 minutes per side.
