Sake Cucumber Cooler
The cucumber adds a refreshing sensation when added to sake or soju.

Ingredients
- 2 slices cucumber
- sprigs of cilantro
- 2 oz sake
- 1/2 oz yuzu
Instructions

Put 2 slices of cucumber and a few sprigs of cilantro in a shaker and muddle well.

Add the sake, yuzu, and ice. Shake well and strain over ice.
