Instructions
Fried Pickles
-
In a mixing bowl, mix together the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, cayenne pepper, paprika, salt, and ground black pepper.
-
In a separate bowl, create the egg wash by mixing together the large egg with a half cup of water.
-
Coat each dill pickle chip with the flour mixture. Next, coat in the egg wash and then the bread crumbs. Follow these steps for each chip.
-
Fry each coated chip in the oil on medium high heat until golden brown. Place the fried pickles on a paper towel to soak up some of the oil.
Sauce
-
In a mixing bowl, mix together the buttermilk, mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, dill, parsley, salt, and ground black pepper and set aside.
Slider Construction
-
On a small bamboo skewer, place the slider ingredients in between the fried pickle chips to create 10 fried pickle sliders. Serve with sauce for dipping.
Recipe Notes
Tip: Place a small square of cheddar on top of the meatball and heat in microwave for 10 seconds to create cheese sliders.
