Ingredients
  1. Olive Oil
  2. Butter
  3. 1 cup Jasmine Rice
  4. 1 3/4 cup Chicken Broth (hot)
  5. Aluminum Foil
  6. Basting Brush
Instructions
  1. Set a pot on the oven for medium heat.
  2. Once liquid broth is warmed, turn oven burner off to cool a little while preparing pan.
  3. Using a ceramic oven pan, brush olive oil on the bottom and walls of the pan.
  4. Add two tablespoon sized cube of butter to the bottom of the pan, then sprinkle salt on top.
  5. Then add one cup of jasmine rice and add 1 3/4 cup hot chicken broth.
  6. Top the pan with aluminum foil.
  7. Bake in oven for 27 minutes on 375 degrees.
  8. Take out of the oven and let stand for 3 minutes.
  9. Mix around with fork to loosen rice clusters.
  10. Serve and enjoy!
Notes
  1. Another option is vegetable or beef broth, with chicken being more popular.
  2. Other rices can be used other than Jasmine.
