We like to say "it's all about the sauce," but in this case, it really is.
- 2 cups cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon and 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1 cup evaporated milk
In a large bowl, stir together cheddar cheese with cornstarch until each shred is coated.
Now, add in evaporated milk and microwave on high for 1 minute.
Remove and stir, putting it back in microwave for 30 seconds.
Stir again, repeating this pattern until the cheese is melted and the sauce is completely smooth.
