We like to say "it's all about the sauce," but in this case, it really is.

  • 2 cups cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon and 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1 cup evaporated milk


  1. In a large bowl, stir together cheddar cheese with cornstarch until each shred is coated.
  2. Now, add in evaporated milk and microwave on high for 1 minute.
  3. Remove and stir, putting it back in microwave for 30 seconds.
  4. Stir again, repeating this pattern until the cheese is melted and the sauce is completely smooth.
  5. Serve and enjoy! 😀
