Chicken Salad
Cool, colorful and fresh chicken salad brimming with veggies.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup plain fat-free Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 4 cups cooked chicken chopped
- 1/2 cup green onions chopped
- 1 cup celery diced
- 1 cup red seedless grape halved
- 1 tbsp fresh dill chopped
- 1 tbps fresh flat-leaf parsley chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup roughly chopped almonds toasted
Instructions

Whisk together the mayonnaise, yogurt, mustard and lemon juice in a big bowl. Stir everything else in until it's well blended. Serve with your favorite crackers or, if you prefer, on whole grain bread with lettuce and tomato. A CSLT!
