You'll be dreaming sweet fantasies about these fluffy, golden pillows of heaven.
- 1 cup flour all purpose
- 1 cup non-dairy milk
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp kosher salt
In a large bowl, whisk together your dry ingredients: flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
Pour in non-dairy milk and oil, whisking till smooth.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Spoon 1/4 cup of batter at a time onto the pan, cook for 2 minutes or until you see bubbles forming. Flip and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
Continue until you have your desired number of pancakes.
Serve hot, top with fresh fruit, and enjoy 🙂
