  • 4 large eggs
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • Flaky sea salt for serving


  1. Crack the eggs into a bowl. Blend or vigorously whisk until smooth.
  2. Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Pour eggs in a thin layer and let cook for 1 minutes without moving.
  4. Cook while stirring every few seconds until soft curds form.
  5. Serve and enjoy! 😀
