Soft Scrambled Eggs

- 4 large eggs
- ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- Flaky sea salt for serving
Crack the eggs into a bowl. Blend or vigorously whisk until smooth.
Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.
Pour eggs in a thin layer and let cook for 1 minutes without moving.
Cook while stirring every few seconds until soft curds form.
