Frose is the Brunch Drink You Need

Frozen Rose

Your favorite wine and a slushie had a baby.

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle rose
  • strawberries 8 oz.
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • lemon juice 2.5 oz

Instructions

  1. Pour rose into a freezer safe container. Freeze for 6 hours or until mostly solid.
  2. In a saucepan, dissolve sugar into water. Bring to a boil and cook for 3 minutes.
  3. Add in strawberries and let marinate for 30 minutes. Strain out the liquid and cool for 45 minutes.
  4. Scoop frozen rose, strawberry syrup, lemon juice, and 1 cup of ice to a blender. Puree until smooth.
  5. Place blender jug in the freezer and freeze for 45 minutes.
  6. Blend again until slushy consistency.
  7. Serve and enjoy! 😀
