Gingerbread Chocolate Truffles
Decadent ginger chocolate truffles you can make at home.
- 200 ml double cream
- 300 g chocolate
- 1 tbsp ginger powder
- 1 tbsp cinnamon powder
- 150 g ginger biscuits/cookies
In a sauce pan, combine and melt the cream and chocolate on low heat. Mix in the ginger and cinnamon powder and chill for 3 hours.
Using a food processor, crush the ginger biscuits finely.
Roll about a tbsp of the chilled chocolate and coat with the crushed biscuits.
