Slow Cooker Clotted Cream Fudge
A sweet cream and caramel fudge treat. You won't be able to resist having more than one.
- 275 g sugar
- 100 g golden syrup
- 270 g clotted cream
- 1 tspn vanilla extract
In a slow cooker, combine the sugar, golden syrup, clotted cream, and vanilla extract. Stir until mixed well and cook on low for 4 hours.
Remove from heat and stir for 15-20 minutes.
Spoon onto wax or baking paper. Wrap, shape, and chill for 1 hour.
