How Can You Not Love Honey-Roasted Brussels Sprouts?

Honey-Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Here's a super easy and delicious way to cook everyone’s not-so-favorite vegetable.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts trimmed, cut in half
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 cup cranberries dried
  • 1/2 cup almond sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Put the sprouts and oil together in a large bowl. Season them with salt and pepper and toss to coat.

  2. Spread the sprouts on a rimmed baking sheet in a single layer, cut side down, and roast 'em until they're tender and the edges are starting to brown, about 35 minutes.

  3. Drizzle the sprouts with honey and sprinkle evenly with cranberries and almonds. Bake them until the honey has melted and the cranberries and almonds are warmed through, about 5 minutes more. Serve.
