How To Carve a Roast Chicken

Often times with chicken, it’s not the cooking that’s the hard part…it’s the carving! Instead of calling someone else into the kitchen after you’ve finished cooking your beautiful bird, show off your slicing skills. This how to video brought to you by Bon Appetit is sure to up your confidence in the kitchen.

Steps:
1. Using a sharp knife, remove the leg and thigh pieces.
2. Separate the leg and thigh by cutting through the joint.
3. Using the breastbone as a guide, remove the breasts with wings still attached.
4. Cut off the wing at the joint, then slice the breast crosswise.
