Instead of calling someone else into the kitchen after you’ve finished cooking your beautiful bird, show off your slicing skills. 1. Using a sharp knife, remove the leg and thigh pieces.
2. Separate the leg and thigh by cutting through the joint.
3. Using the breastbone as a guide, remove the breasts with wings still attached.
4. Cut off the wing at the joint, then slice the breast crosswise.
