Cutting a mango is deceivingly tricky. If you don’t do it correctly, you may end up with a mess on your hands. Follow these simple steps to cut a mango.
Cut 1/4″ away from the stem so you have two have circles. Now grab a knife and score the mango. Make sure you don’t cut the skin. Take a spoon and separate the fruit from the skin. Cut around the pit of the mango. For the smaller pieces, you can just separate the skin from the fruit by cutting it. Slice the piece into cubes. Squeeze a little lime on top and voila!
You can use mangoes in your morning smoothie, on top of ice cream, or just as a healthy snack on their own! Either way, enjoy your delicious mango.
