Cookies and Cream Yogurt Bark
Cookies and cream riding the froyo wave.
- 40 Oreo-type cookies Crushed
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 3 cups Greek yogurt
Divide the crushed cookies in half in two separate mixing bowls. Add the melted butter to one of the bowls. Mix well and spread evenly on a baking sheet. Freeze.
Spread the yogurt on top of the frozen cookies, top with the other half of the crushed cookies and freeze again. Serve cold.
