Ingredients

  • 4 frozen Sister Schubert's® Dinner Yeast Rolls
  • melted unsalted butter for brushing the rolls
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp chopped cilantro
  • 3/4 tsp chipotle in adobo sauce
  • 1/4 tsp sweet paprika
  • 8 to 12 thin slices cooked turkey breast
  • 1/2 cup leftover stuffing
  • 1/2 cup leftover green beans sliced in half if whole
  • 1/2 cup leftover whole cranberry sauce
  • 1/2 cup leftover roasted sweet potato or squash cubed if in wedges

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350° with a rack in the middle. Arrange rolls on a rimmed baking sheet and brush lightly with butter. Bake until golden, about 10 minutes. Let cool.

  2. Meanwhile, combine the mayonnaise with the chipotle, cilantro, and paprika.

  3. Using a serrated knife, slice off the top third off each roll. Spread the chipotle mayonnaise on cut sides of the rolls.

  4. Fill with the turkey, stuffing, green beans, cranberry, and sweet potato. Close the sandwich and serve.
