Green Chicken Chili
A delicious chili is the perfect way to say goodbye to winter.

Ingredients
- 3 pounds chicken thighs boneless, skinless
- 2 large sweet potatoes unpeeled, cut into 1" cubes (about 2 pounds)
- 1 jar salsa verde about 2 cups
- 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 2 cans low-sodium pinto beans drained, rinsed
Instructions

Place all the ingredients in the slow cooker base.

Cover and cook for 4 hours on high or 4 hours on low.
