Like it or not, pumpkin is the official flavor of the current season. We all know of the delicious ways pumpkin can be put into any and all desserts, coffee, and even some savory dishes. One problem that often comes up especially with pumpkin desserts is how they may not be the healthiest for your body, no matter how happy they may make you feel at that moment.
