Loaded Baked Potato Dip
No one will be able to resist this flavor-packed appetizer at your next mingling!
- 1 pkg full cooked bacon slices
- 1 container sour cream
- 2 cups freshly shredded sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 1/3 cup sliced fresh chives
- 2 tsp hot sauce
- cooked crumbled bacon, sliced fresh chives, freshly cracked pepper for garnish
- serve with Waffle fries
Microwave the bacon based on the directions on the package until it's crisp, then let it drain on paper towels. Let it cool for 10 minutes, then crumble it up. Stir together the bacon and the next 4 ingredients. Cover it up and let it chill 1 to 24 hours before serving. Garnish, if desired, with additional bacon, chives, and/or fresh pepper. Serve with crispy, warm waffle fries.
You can keep any leftovers in the fridge for up to a week.
