Coffee Granita
Straight from the cafe to your kitchen.
Ingredients
- 2 cups your favorite coffee
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
Instructions

In a bowl, whisk coffee, vanilla, and sugar together.

Pour it into a freezer safe pan and freeze for 1 1/2 hours.

Use a fork to stir the mixture every 30 minutes to break up the ice into clumps.

After 1 1/2 hours, break up the mixture again and pour the granita into a bowl. Freeze for an additional 30 minutes.

Scoop into a glass and top with whatever your heart desires.
