Because you can't get them at a US Starbucks... YET.
- 1 cup coffee room temperature
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup caramel plus more for serving
- 4 tbsp cream cheese softened
- 2 tbsp ice
- whipped cream for serving
In a blender, combine all ingredients except for ice and blend until smooth. Add ice and blend until slushy.
Drizzle caramel around inside of glasses, then pour over frapp mixture. Top each glass with whipped cream and drizzle with more caramel.
