Chunky Monkey Oats
A delicious combo of creamy banana, crunchy coconut, smooth peanut butter, and hearty oats.
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup milk or unsweetened almond or coconut milk
- 1/3-1/2 cup uncooked oatmeal old-fashioned or quick-cooking
- 1/2 small banana
- 2 Tbsp coconut
- 1 Tbsp peanut butter can sub other nut/seed butter
- 1 tsp honey
- Chocolate chips
Instructions

Combine all the ingredients together in a jar. Close with a lid and refrigerate overnight.
