2 Ingredient Low-Carb Pasta
Sound impossible? You'd better believe it ain't.
- 1 cup mozzarella
- 1 egg yolk
- pasta sauce
Microwave the mozzarella for 1 minute in a microwave safe bowl. Add the egg yolk and mix well.
Lay out the mozzarella and yolk mix on wax paper and flatten. Cut into thin strips and refrigerate.
Blanch the chilled mozzarella strips in hot water and drain. Top with your favorite pasta sauce and garnish with parmesan.
