Ingredients
- 1 cup Strawberries quartered
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 1 tspn Cardamom
- Salt to taste
- 1 cup Half & Half
- 1 cup Cooked Quinoa
- 1 tspn Vanilla Extract

In a sauce pan, combine the strawberries, sugar, cardamom, and salt and cook until the strawberries are warm.

Add the half & half, quinoa, and vanilla extract. Stir well. Serve.
