Curry Fried Chicken Salad

Ingredients
- 3 cups fried chicken breast chopped
- 1 cup pecan halves lightly toasted and coarsely chopped
- 1 cup Granny Smith apple diced
- 3/4 cup celery finely chopped
- 2 cups mayonaisse
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- 1 1/2 tsp sugar
- freshly ground black pepper for tasting
