Chocolate Dutch Baby
The trick is to underbake it just a little for that irresistible lava cake interior.

Ingredients
- ½ cup whole milk
- ⅓ cup all-purpose flour
- ¼ cup sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- ¾ teaspoon kosher salt plus more
- 1 ounce chocolate semisweet, or milk
- ¼ cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Place a clean skillet inside to heat.

In a bowl, whisk flour, sugar, eggs, cocoa powder, and salt togethe until smooth. Drizzle in whole milk and stir well to incorporate.

Cover and let rest about 15-20 minutes.

Chop chocolate and add to a saucepan along with cream and salt. Whisk over low until melted then remove from heat.

Grease the skillet. Pour batter into the skillet and bake for 10-12 minutes.

Let rest for 2-3 minutes.

Serve topped with ice cream and chocolate sauce.
