Curry Chicken Thighs
This chicken is incredibly moist, juicy, and flavorsome.
Ingredients
- 8 chicken thighs
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1 tablespoon and 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- salt and pepper
Instructions

In a bowl, mix olive oil, salt, pepper, curry powder, and 1/2 cup yogurt together. Rub this mixture all over the chicken thighs to evenly coat them.

Marinate and chill for 3 hours.

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Place chicken in a baking dish and roast for 10 minutes.

Mix together roasting juices and remaining yogurt.
