2. Microwave Poached Eggs
Start by cracking one egg directly into a microwave-safe mug, then fill with 1/3 cup with of water. Cover the mug with a small bowl and microwave on high for 50 seconds. Serve you velvety poached egg on a piece on whole grain toast for a healthy and super-fast breakfast.

3. 2.5 Minute Omelette
Being by cracking your eggs into a bowl and whisking them, then transfer to a microwave-safe creased flat dish. Microwave the eggs on high for 90 seconds then stir and microwave again for another 60 seconds. Remove your omelette from the microwave, fold and enjoy!
