Homemade Irish Cream

If you are a Bailey's lover, you'll love this sweet and creamy homemade version with the right whiskey kick.

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp dark chocolate syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp almond extract
  • 2 cups Irish Whiskey such as Jameson
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk


  1. Whisk together cream and chocolate syrup in a big bowl until properly blended. Whisk in both extracts. Gradually whisk in the Irish whiskey and sweetened condensed milk. Pour over ice and serve.
