Spicy Korean BBQ-Style Pork
A popular spicy pork dish that will spice up your meals.
- 1 1/2 lbs pork shoulder or belly sliced or cut into smaller pieces
- 1/2 onion sliced
- 3 stalks green onion sliced
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- 1/4 cup Korean red chili paste
- 1 tspn red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 tbsp rice wine
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tspn black pepper
In a bowl, combine pork, onion, green onion, garlic, chili paste, pepper flakes, soy sauce, rice wine, sesame oil, sugar, and black pepper. Close and marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
Cook on medium-high heat until the pork is done. Serve with a side of rice.
