Brie, Bacon, and Cranberry Mini Pies
The perfect desert (or side) for a Thanksgiving feast with cranberries, Brie cheese, and chopped bacon.

Ingredients
- 3 sheets puff pastry
- 1 1/2 cups Brie cheese cubed
- 8 slices bacon cooked and chopped
- 12 tbsp cranberry sauce
- 1 egg beaten
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F.

Cut out 3-inch circles for the base and 2 ½-inch circles for the top.

Grease a muffin tin and place the bases on the bottom of each hole and press up against the sides.

Add bacon, brie, and cranberry sauce. Use egg wash on sides of the bases.

Place the pastry circles for the cover on top and make sure they are sealed. Make holes with a fork. Brush more egg wash on the top.

Bake the pies for 15-20 minutes until the pastry has risen and turned golden brown.
