Ingredients

  • 3 skin-on center-cut salmon fillets 8 oz. each
  • 2 garlic cloves thinly sliced
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon plus 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • ½ teaspoon sesame seeds plus more for serving
  • Kosher salt
  • 1 bunch scallions
  • 1 Fresno chile thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. Combine honey, soy sauce, garlic, lime juice, sesame seeds, and oil together in a small bowl.
  2. Season the salmon then place in a large ziptop bag with half the sauce. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the broiler.
  4. Coat the scallions with oil and season. Place on a baking sheet and cook for 3 minutes.
  5. Remove from the oven then place the salmon fillets on top. Broil for 5-7 minutes.
  6. Spoon extra marinade on top and sprinkle chiles over.
  7. Serve and enjoy! 😀
