Fresh Mango Lassi with Yogurt
A classic and refreshing Indian smoothie enjoyed in restaurants (or India) can now be easily enjoyed at home.
- 2 Fresh Ripe Mangoes If ripe mangoes are not available, substitute with canned mangoes.
- 2 cups Plain Yogurt
- 4 cups Ice Cubes
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1/2 cup Water
- 1 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 1 tspn Crushed Cardamom
Separate the flesh of the mangoes from the peel and seed.
Add all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
Serve and Enjoy!
This Mango Lassi recipe can be chilled and kept in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
