Sweet and Sticky Hoisin Glazed Pork Chops

Hoisin Glazed Porkchops

Ingredients

  • 2 1½"-thick bone-in pork rib chops about 1 lb. each, patted dry
  • cup soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons distilled white vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons tahini
  • 2 teaspoons Sriracha
  • 3 garlic cloves finely chopped
  • Kosher salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Chop the garlic. Heat oil over medium heat and cook garlic until lightly browned.
  2. Add sriracha, vinegar, honey, soy sauce, and tahini to the garlic and whisk until all are dissolved. Season and let cool.
  3. Season the pork chops and place in a resealable bag. Pour in half the sauce and let marinade for 20 minutes.
  4. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add pork and brown 1 minute per side. Lower the heat and cover, let cook for 15-18 minutes.
  5. Cool 10 minutes.
  6. Serve with leftover hoisin.
