Chocolate Peppermint Rocky Road
Delicious chocolate candies made from only 3 ingredients.
Ingredients
- 12 ounces dark chocolate chips
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 3/4 cup crushed peppermint candies 4.5 oz
Instructions

Heat chocolate in a glass bowl over a saucepan of boiling water until melted.

Grease or line baking sheets with parchment.

Remove from heat and stir in marshmallows and chopped peppermints.

Spoon the mixture onto the baking sheets. Top with more chopped peppermints.

Cool. Then chill for 30 minutes.
