Mini Gingerbread Houses
These cute little "gingerbread" houses are sooo adorable in miniature scale and really fun to make. If you're wondering about the quotes, it's because these aren't made of gingerbread, but graham crackers.

Ingredients
- graham crackers
- 1 tub vanilla frosting
- candy for decorating, for example Dots, peppermints, teddy grahams, twizzlers, and red hots

Break your graham crackers into squares. Using frosting to join them, place two squares on top of each other to form the base of your house. Using a butter knife, spread icing onto the edge of another square. Join it at a 90-degree angle with another square. Add icing to the two exposed edges and place on the foundation to create a house.
