What goes well with chocolate? Booze! Especially Kahlua…this Kahlua fudge recipe will knock your socks off with its boozy fudge flavor. Who needs happy hour when you have a nice alcoholic chocolate treat?
3 1/2 c. white chocolate chips
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/4 c. Kahlua
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chocolate espresso beans, crushed, divided
1. Line an 8” by 8” pan with parchment paper and grease with nonstick cooking spray. In a large microwave safe bowl, combine white chocolate and sweetened condensed milk. Microwave on medium power for 1 minute intervals, stirring after each minute.
2. When mixture is smooth and no lumps remain, stir in Kahlua, vanilla, salt and half the crushed espresso beans. Pour into prepared baking dish and sprinkle with more crushed espresso beans. Refrigerate for 3 hours, or until fudge is set.
