  1. 2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
  2. 1 Medium Onion
  3. 1 Medium Red Onion
  4. 3 Cloves of Garlic
  5. 1 Medium Zucchini
  6. 1 Teaspoon of Salt
  7. 28 Ounces of Crushed Tomato
  8. 6 Ounces of No-Boil Lasagna
  9. 1 Cup Part-Skim Ricotta
  10. 1 Cup Part-Skim Mozzarella
  11. 1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper
  1. Chop up all vegetables and place in individual bowls
  2. Pour olive oil into pan on stove until pan is heated
  3. Add in all vegetables (diced)
  4. Add garlic and salt
  5. Cook and stir on high for 6 minutes
  6. Add crushed tomatoes and stir
  7. Lay strips of no-boil lasagna on top of mixture
  8. Cook for 15 minutes on low
  9. Cover and cook on medium for 10 minutes
  10. Serve and Enjoy
